Artificial intelligence can improve our farming, climate and health, says Deirdre Clune. The European Parliament has just backed a final report on AI following a detailed study by the Special Committee on Artificial Intelligence. The committee warns that Europe is falling behind other parts of the world in developing cutting-edge technology, but can still catch up. Fine Gael MEP, Deirdre Clune, is a big proponent of AI and has been following developments closely. She says the potential for AI to change our lives is incredible.
