Mark Carney took a page from Poilievre's playbook and axed the (carbon) tax, and now the Liberal Prime Minister's getting set for a pipeline announcement alongside Alberta's UCP Premier Danielle Smith. It's no wonder the federal Conservative leader is doing his best to discredit the deal.
