Adam Newman, played by Mark Grossman, seems to be successfully passing Victor Newman's (Eric Braeden) test, which disappoints the other Newmans on Young & Restless. 

Meanwhile, tension escalates between Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). While Kyle desires Billy's co-CEO position, he is offered the COO job by his father. His treachery will stun his uncle!

In another subplot, Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) may confess her crush to Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd). She boldly confesses her feelings to Chance, presenting an emotionally mature side to her character.
