When you’re on a long hike, carrying unnecessary weight will slow you down. The same is true on our spiritual journeys. We all lug shame and guilt, unrealistic expectations, false identities, and distorted views of God that distract and exhaust us.

In this episode, Brandon, Matt and Peter are discussing how spiritual direction can help identify unnecessary burdens you may be carrying and encourage you to lay them in God’s loving hands. It’s not always easy, but it’s definitely possible!
