Bold and the Beautiful sees Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) deals with a cancerous brain tumor. The possibility of a paternity shake-up is introduced, potentially affecting many lives in LA. Dr. Grace Buckingham (Diamond White) suggests various cancer therapies for Liam, some of which may necessitate a donation from a family member. This opens up the possibility of testing family members, including his children, for compatibility on the CBS soap opera. 

Bold and Beautiful sees the paternity of Steffy Forrester's (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) children, Hayes and Kelly, previously questioned, could once again be put to the test. Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) could come into focus as Kelly's real father, a theory that fans have harbored for years.
