Episode 24: Liam-Og Griffin

Liam-Og is the Head Coach at SBG Cork. He has a wealth of experience in a number of martial arts, such as, karate, jiu-jitsu and MMA. He has been a coach and manager for the Irish Mixed Martial Arts Association Teams that travel and compete at IMMAF World and European Championships. Today I chat to Liam-Og about his own journey to now, as well as the journey MMA, particularly amateur MMA in Ireland has been on.
