Welcome to a new week here at the center! While we're only days away from the conformation of a new SCOTUS that has had a light speed approach to the bench, we're talking about what that conformation will mean to millions of Americans and their healthcare. A judge who states she is an originalist, but seems as if she follows more of a John Marshall's viewpoint toward judicial supremacy in the rule of law, may make it impossible for something people need more now than ever, a chance to receive medical care in order to survive.
