Today is coaching session #4 where Tracy coaches Dez on patience. Patience is not always easy to have, especially when you’re striving to achieve lofty goals. Dez recognizes that when she is focused on a distant outcome, impatience emerges, but when she has faith and appreciation for each step toward the bigger goal, she can embrace patience. Recognizing triggers that move us in the opposite direction of where we want to be means we can intentionally choose thoughts that allow us to move into the feelings we desire.
