Is Seeing Believing? Part 4

[Author: Graeme Mercer] During the earthly ministry of Jesus belief in Him was dependent upon seeing him, but is seeing the same as believing? Evidence that Jesus had a historical existence is not the real issue of belief, for even unbelievers testify to that. To believe in Him was more than just seeing, it was believing something about Him, which is why John wrote His Gospel (John 20:31). We will explore this question in the next devotions as we look at the post resurrection appearances of Jesus.
