S&P Futures are flat to higher as the market continues to digest comments from Fed Chair Jerome Powell. China rolled out some stimulus measures over the weekend which is resulting in Chinese stocks moving higher this morning. MMM said to have reached a settlement in the earplugs case. Attention this week will be on Thursday's Personal Consumption Index (PCE) report and on Friday's Non-Farm Payrolls report. In Europe, the major indexes are showing gains & oil prices are ticking higher.
