Another conversation with a client that made me think. Stress is something that is pervasive in our culture and often can affect the fascia quite significantly. Many people are still not very open to meditation, yoga, therapy or other less invasive ways of dealing with stress. Many people still believe that stress has nothing to do with the pain they feel and that the mind and the body are not an intricately connected as they are.
