Episode # 15 with Dr. Yvette Young sharing secrets on how she rose to her Regional Medical Director position in Pediatric Emergency Medicine and navigating the business of healthcare as an MBA.

Dr. Yvette Young is the Vice President of Clinical Operations for PM Pediatrics in the North-Atlantic, where she is responsible for leading the development of PM Pediatrics locations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She oversees process improvements to accelerate and drive both operational efficiency and clinical excellence in the region. She also serves as the Medical Director at PM Pediatrics of Livingston.  Dr. Young has previously served as a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Attending at The Valley Hospital, and Assistant Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at The George Washington University School of Medicine. She is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Dr. Young completed her Pediatric residency and Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. She earned her medical degree from the University of Maryland Medical School and her Bachelor’s degree at Hood College. Dr. Young also holds an MBA from Rutgers Business School.
