So is "change", right? But when any of these is negative and throws us out of our comfort, our bodies react in a way that is similar to what happens with stressful triggers. This shouldn't be the case...

In this episode, I am intrigued to share how we can build our muscle for acting wisely in given circumstances, including the change that we can't avoid

One day, we can then confidently say this " I am perfectly aligned with my internal guidance "
