Ep 41 What if it’s not true?

WHAT IF IT'S NOT TRUE?









We go through life believing XYZ without questioning it.



We hardly ever stop to ask ourselves, "why do I believe this?".

Does this belief serve me?



What if some of our beliefs are not true?



What if we just accepted certain beliefs because everyone around us believed something?



We are not born with beliefs and habits already "installed".



We learn them by observing our parents.

We learn by scanning the environment we grew up in.

We learn by observing other people.



They learned that from their parents and so on.



We also acquire beliefs and habits by experience.



For the first few years of our lives, we are a WALKING, TALKING CAMERA WITH A MICROPHONE that absorbs all information without a question. We just accept what we hear, see and feel as TRUTH.



We don't know any better.



So my question is, WHAT IF THOSE BELIEFS ARE NOT YOURS?

What if you adopted them as yours because you didn't know any better?
