Do you struggle to claim credit for your achievements? 

Self promotion is an essential tool for career advancement, whether in job or performance reviews, or just networking. But not everyone feels equally comfortable doing it. That is ME!! My boss recently told me I am not skilled at self-promotion. In this episode, I am sharing the research and tips I have found to help us talk about our achievements.

A new study suggests men are far more at ease with self-promotion than women, which contributes to a broad disparity in promotions and pay. Research goes on to say, if you are not talking about your achievements, you are likely underpaid and being passed over for promotions.
