About Ruth Penfold:
Ruth Penfold has been a People, Culture and Talent expert for over two decades, and has built and rebuilt teams and cultures for companies like Shazam, Onfido and bp Launchpad as leader and Chief People Officer.
Having experienced the chaos of rapid growth first hand, she learnt how to build human centric, vibrant cultures that scale. She also experienced first hand the challenges of both getting there and operating at that level as a woman, but doing so in a way where she and the humans around her truly thrived.
That is what has inspired her to build Bloom, a leadership methodology originally solely for women, but now delivered to both cohorts, teams and individuals of all genders, depending on the client's needs.
