Ultimately, Alex ponders reports out of Ukraine that describe the Russians using balloons to distract and confuse the Ukrainian military. This comes as a new offensive has begun, Moldova fears a Russian coup attempt is coming, and the US Department of State has told Americans to leave Russia immediately.
