Juncker’s foreign investment screening needs careful scrutiny – Hayes

The President of the European Commission this morning outlined plans to screen foreign direct investments in EU countries. During his State of the Union address to the European Parliament, Jean-Claude Juncker spoke about the need for a new framework to examine foreign investments in EU states. However, the Fine Gael MEP Brian Hayes says any new FDI regulation needs to be studied carefully.
