Recently when talking to a group of advisors about their business, some advisors asked me what I have learned over my time in the business.

I thought about this for a while and there's at least 10 major lessons that if implemented would make their life way better. Most of these lessons I have either stole from other people or simply observed bad behavior in other people and swore to myself I would not repeat their mistakes or be anything like that.
