The theme of this guided meditation is wisdom. Ajahn Nissarano covers the four noble truths - suffering/unsatisfactoriness, the origin of suffering, the cessation of suffering, and the path leading to the cessation of suffering. Ajahn gives a guided meditation to make peace with whatever we experience in the meditation, whether it be in the body or the mind. To accept whatever we are experiencing.
