The town of St-Tite is renowned for its Festival Western! For over 50 years now, during a few weeks in September, the town gets transported back the era of cowboys. Located at the heart of the festivities, Microbrasserie À la Fût fully embraces the pioneering and adventurous spirit of the folks of the Wild West. In this interview, founding member Philippe Dumais talks about the brewery's humble beginnings over 15 years ago and their passion for oak barrel-aged beers.
