The Lord sent a word into Jacob, and it hath lighted upon Israel. [Isaiah 9:8]. Between the time of the release of every prophetic word and it's time of manifestation, there is the trial of the vessel about whom the Word is given, and the need to wage a good warfare towards the manifestation of the Prophetic Word. Whenever a prophetic Word is fulfilled, there is a shift closer to destiny fulfilment and a higher exaltation to relevance. Jacob's identity changed to Israel in line with the definition of his true prophetic destiny when God's Word sent into Him eventually lighted up through trials, labours and wrestling with God in prayer.
