Market Close 16 Nov 18: ASX 200 slips 3.2% over the week

The ASX 200 has finished a choppy session down 5 points,  taking the weekly loss to 3.2%.  The index was hit by a 4.7% drop in the financial sector, a 3.1% decline in the materials sector and a 2.3% fall in the energy sector.
