Matt Paxton is one of the top cleaning, downsizing, decluttering, and hoarding experts in the US. He now hosts the Emmy-nominated PBS show Legacy List with Matt Paxton, after having been featured on HBO's Hoarders for 12 years.

Bec had the pleasure of chatting to Matt for this week's episode, which is promoting his newest book "Keep the Memories, Lose the Stuff" which is available now, but they actually chatted about a lot more than just the book!
