To DREAM BIG, was the best way he walked through his swimming career, to make the mark of a lifetime. He once said, "You have to have a dream so that you can get up in the morning".

You see, while we have been intent on Workplace Health in the last episodes of The Hope Ignites Healing Podcast, I have shared a lot on finding "Your Big WHY"! ...the start to finding Holistic Health and abundance, well at least in my world🤷🏽‍♀️

So, most recently, I had the opportunity of sharing insights with one of the best swim clubs in Uganda, on mental health and the "Big Win" 💪🏽. And did they not win?? Winning they did❗The excellent preparation had been achieved prior to this. The mind simply needed instructions on how to work best to possess and live in that win.
