As much joy as this time of year brings - all the traditions, the family time, the meaning of the season - if you are on a weight loss journey, this time of year can also bring up other emotions. The feeling of “missing out” on your favorite foods, feeling restricted - those thoughts can start to creep in.
I want you to know you aren’t alone AND there is a different way. There is a way to enjoy all your favorite holiday foods without the guilt. It just requires a mindset shift and allowing yourself GRACE. And the holiday season is the perfect time to give thanks for God’s abundant grace.
