The struggle is REAL when it comes to feeling TIRED as a mom and it can also feel like there’s no “rest for the weary” when you are juggling ALL the things. In this episode I want to tell you how I’ve learned that it is OK to REST. Let me validate your need for a break, and encourage you to intentionally carve out some rest time, for the health of your family!
