MIPIM UK DEBATE: British Land’s head of offices and residential Tim Roberts has said the developer is focusing more on campuses in response to the long-term trend of the blurring of lines between work and life.
He was speaking at an Estates Gazette debate, in which the panel dismissed claims that the City should be concerned about its post-Brexit occupier future. Daniel Bayley, executive director, BNP Paribas, said he expected a 12-month pause in occupier take-up with a comeback after the UK and European elections.
