Jesus — A Teacher With Authority | The Gospel of Mark Series (Msg 6) | Mark 1:21-34 | 9/25/22

Pastor Jason Hill continues an expositional series in the Gospel of Mark by preaching on Mark 1: 21-34. This sermon focuses on the ultimate power and authority that Jesus holds as Teacher. When Jesus spoke, people would respond in amazement, and even unclean spirits would expose themselves. Although not everyone responded in belief to Jesus's Word, everyone who heard him saw and recognized his authority. Jesus's Word holds authority over everything and everyone. As believers, we must ask ourselves how we respond to Jesus's Word. Do we simply acknowledge its truth and power but fight against it? Or do we hold it as authoritative in our lives and align our lives according to it?
