SO SO SO excited! I am doing a 3-day challenge in Jan- want to start the new year off right? Jan 9-11, we will meet for about an hour a day (don't worry, I know we all have things to do). However, by setting aside time to say YES to yourself and to look at the new year with new eyes- this could be precisely what you need for the year. I know it's what I need. Do NOT worry- this is NOT to create resolutions. This is not to set goals and create 1000 habits that we "know" we should be doing. We are going to meet together and work on what is really important.
