Morning Report 11 Feb 20: Wall St lifts with fresh highs for the Nasdaq

With about an hour to trade, Wall Street remains buoyant despite concerns over the ongoing coronavirus outbreak. All major US indices are higher with the tech heavy Nasdaq outperforming and hitting record highs
