The Outsiders or: How I Learned to Stay Golden

We're kicking off Brat Pack month with the film that is said to have sparked the genre, The Outsiders (1983). The siblings re-examine one of the most central young adult dramas of their school years. Carie experiences the film with a completely different set of eyes, Ross makes a good point regarding the characteristics of the writing, and there will be far too much talk about Gone with the Wind for cinematography reasons.
