Welcome BACK for the another Zen Trap Chat.  NEW MONTH NEW TOPIC: Topic for the Month of May is the Emotional Wheel.  This has been popping up more and more on the scene really help us all to be able to identify and verbalize the emotions we may be having. 

Sometimes as humans we struggle to feel our emotions fully because we cant identify the emotion. Well the emotional wheel is here to help with that struggle. 

We identified some emotions that we have experienced and discussed how knowing what our true emotions were, helped us. We recommend researching the emotional wheel and listening to this episode to understand more about different emotions and what the emotional wheel can tell you about those emotions.
