063- Taking off the hats

As we keep trying to move the forward business to reach our visions and life goals. We need to actively focus on taking off some of the “hats” we wear as owners and teammates. In the last year Allison has handed over marketing to a new teammate. In this episode we reflect on the journey to delegate this role over the last year. What has worked, what we could have done better, and where we go from here to keep moving forward to build our business and our teammates.
