Welcome to MSOY Mini Episode live from the Military Spouse of the Year Townhall event in D.C. Today we’re chatting with Richelle Futch. Richelle is a military spouse, mom, and mental health counselor. Richelle was able to spend a large part of her military spouse life in one place, but when she finally moved, she struggled with her own mental health, and the effects of military life on her family. After trying to figure out how she could help more military spouses struggling with the same issue, Richelle ended up writing a book to help other women cope with mental health and find more happiness in their military life journey.
