Authority over Evil

In this week’s message, we continue our series in the Gospel of Matthew, looking at Matthew 8:28–34. The passage recounts Jesus’ encounter with two demon-possessed men, showing His absolute authority over evil. We see that evil is confronted by Jesus, commanded by His word, and even conflicted by His presence. This story reminds us that no power of darkness can stand against Christ.
