You read that right... in today's episode, I share the number one Jedi mind trick tactic I created when I first started to lose weight.
This one Jedi-mind trick :):) allowed me to start dropping my extra pounds without giving up my favorite sugar treats, nachos, bread and even pasta...
Disclaimer alert; I can not in good conscience tell you that sugar is good for you or that eating a boatload of it will allow you to get to your forever goal weight.
I also need to tell you that sugar and processed carbohydrates are a leading cause of obesity, type II diabetes and can potentially contribute to Alzheimer's, depression and more
BUT, for me anyway and this might be true for you also...
If you had told me when I started that I would have to remove sugar and carbs in order to reach my goals I may have never started.
