Tilly Devine grew up in poverty and took to the oldest profession in the world to survive. However, based on sexist laws of the time, she discovers a loophole in the law that allows her to build a brothel empire with the help of razor gangs for protection.  We won't lie, we don't hate everything about Tilly....crimes aside of course.
