This edition includes music from the massive new box set from Ivo Perelman - a suite of 12 recordings of saxophone duets "Reed Rapture In Brooklyn" -  which I will be featuring over the next 12 weeks - i'm kicking off with Ivo's partnership with Joe Lovano. In addition a selection of music from across Joe's career plus new music from Tyshawn Sorey,  Oscar Lavën, Dan Weiss, Timo Vollbrecht and Dan McCarthy.
