Personal growth requires looking inward at your own thoughts, feelings, habits and reactions.
Having human potential is about seeing your "ideal self" in alignment with your core value and then working every day to be just that.
Your potential is more than just achieving your work goals. It requires you looking at your whole person, Physical well-being, mental and your inner self.
"Potential" should never be defined in your brain as meaning "you're not quite there yet." Never think of yourself as not good enough. You are just evolving!!
It is not easy and not the same for everyone because we are all unique. So do not compare yourself to another person either.
Look inward and focus on ways to evolve.
Personal growth is not easy but the benefits will make it worthwhile.
My own personal growth journey has seen its ups and downs, failures and successes. Any personal development is a lifelong commitment. You will hit roadblocks, that is life, but you can thrive.
