Katie is back and has so much to share about her recent trip to Japan!  She, her husband, Adam, and her brother-in-law, Ryan enjoyed their two days at the Star Wars Celebration, a big expo devoted to all things Star Wars.  They also got to visit some other areas of the country like Kyoto and Osaka and ate so much good food.  Universal Studios Japan and the Disney parks were
