Episode 24 - Prayer - Part 1 of 2

In this episode, we begin the conversation on Prayer.  We discuss the different types of prayer, extemporaneous and written, and how some people can feel shamed from ever praying because of the expectations surrounding it.  We discussed that God already knows our heart and how we feel so why would we ever hide anything in prayer or try and prop ourselves up in prayer.
