Episode IntroductionThe battle of the acronyms. We're coming back from a recording break and catching up on the news we missed. One of those items -- the big one -- is the latest lawsuit in the back and forth between Wizards of the Coast and Ernie Gygax's problematic reboot of his father's TSR company. The usual race- and gender-related intolerance we've come to expect from them. Also, Hasbro has hired a new senior vice president for Dungeons & Dragons and we discuss what that means for the future of the brand, some prequel books for the D&D movie, and Wizards of the Coast once again dropping the ball with their own race-related issues but this time it's Spelljammer. Small content warning here, too: We read verbatim some stuff from TSR's "Star Frontiers" and the injunction document.
