Getting a puppy has brought me back to the toddler stage of parenting. There are a lot of common themes and I have fresh empathy for toddler moms. It's an exhausting stage for sure but there are a few strategies to make it a bit easier.

We often make things harder for ourselves and I realized how important these 2 lessons are in making motherhood easier during this stage. So if you find yourself constantly asking them to stop touching something or you struggle with meltdowns then listen in and try going back to these basics.
