On this week's episode of Next Level Minds I had the opportunity to sit down with Jake Bjorseth. He is the 21-year-old founder of Trndsttrs, a Gen Z agency helping brands understand and reach, you guessed it, Gen Z.

In the past year alone he has worked with dozens of startup brands targeting Gen Z, challenger brands, and Fortune 500 brands like McDonald's, North Face, UnitedHealthCare, and L'Oreal.
