When this episode is launched it's the end of June, which is also International Pride month. For organizations to thrive it's key that all people feel they can bring their full selves to work, to feel they can unleash their full potential. 

We invited Miguel Castro, driving Diversity and Inclusion in SAP and recently named one of Spain's Top 25 LGBTI leaders in the "Management and Leadership" category, for a candid talk around what organizations need to do to really embed DEI throughout the company and not just leave to HR to follow up on KPI's.
