14. Matt Dudek, Kenton HS (OH)

Head baseball coach and assistant football coach Matt Dudek joins the High School Coaches Club to discuss what it means to help build student-athletes into leaders. From his Leadership Defined course, - which has connected his students to people like Terry Francona and Joe Maddon - to the hard conversations he willingly has with athletes, Dudek offers up phenomenal advice from a lifetime dedicated to Kenton, Ohio.
