001 - Lawncare Lessons

Just laying some groundwork for future episodes.  In this episode I begin to tell my story of property investment by first explaining a bit about taking a little risk in life.  It's ok to get out of our shells and try something new.  Being a cautious risk-taker is a must in the property business.  Without the ability to do this it is very difficult to ever harvest the crop.  As a matter of fact, you may never even plant the seed without taking the risk.  Take a listen.  If you like what you hear please follow and give feedback.
