In this week’s episode, Wyn & Kate spend time with master transformative coach, Claire Shutes.  Listen as Claire chats about her new foundation and traveling the world.  She dives deeper as she shares her experiences with depression, worry and cerebral palsy, and the psychological freedom that she found from understanding how we work as human beings.  She discusses the simplicity of this understanding and the principles always at play, whether we realize it or not, as well as how easy it is to catch on once we have an insight.

Claire’s Bio

Claire is a Master Transformative Coach and Three Principles Practitioner. In 2006 she founded Potent Coaching through which she has an international client base working with people from all walks of life. Claire speaks, trains and mentors internationally and has served as faculty on both Michael Neill’s Supercoach Academy and One Thought’s Foundations for Practitioners Programme. Claire recently founded the Almond Tree Foundation (CIC) with Julian Fraser, providing wellbeing support to families living with disability or illness. Prior to becoming a coach Claire made observational documentaries for the BBC and CH4.
