Dr. Toby Travis (https://www.linkedin.com/in/drtobytravis) is the head of School for The Village Christian Academy, founder and developer of TrustED, a research and evidence-based framework for school improvement focused on developing trusted school leaders. The framework serves as the basis for the "TrustED® School Leader 360" Assessment, which schools worldwide utilize to inform improvement initiatives. He is author of "TrustED: The Bridge to School Improvement," named "Book of The Month" (November 2021) and nominated for "Book of The Year" (2021) by The Magic Pen.
